As a key member of Sales and Marketing team, has been successful in creating an impressive portfolio of European clients for his IT venture.An experienced IT professional with impressive IT management skills acquired during work stint with Accenture, Fidelity and Kronos.He is a core Infrastructure setup and support professional with 10+ years of experience in Database Administration. He is responsible for complete team management, project execution, business development, and client servicing. He also works as a consultant and certified trainer for Oracle in UAE. He is professionally qualified with MCTS, OCP, ITIL, ITIL Intermediate (Service Operations) and Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Hugh Macmillen has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with over 25 years of sales trading knowledge, coupled with electronic trading systems development, he is able to provide expert advise in these areas.
Having worked for many of the top financial service providers such as , ICAP ,Coutts & co., BGC etc. he is acutely aware of how vital state of the art software has become for the industry.

Thomas S Gustinis, Switzerland

Born in Princeton, New Jersey, Thomas received his EMBA from London Business School and Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He started his career at Ernst and Young in New York as an external auditor specializing in Financial Service Audits and worked as an internal auditor and a special projects controller for the CFO of Schroeders before joining UBS in 1998. During his 15 years at UBS, Thomas held the roles of Location Controller for Stamford and Zurich, Head of Global Reporting for the Investment Bank in London, COO of the Investment Bank Treasury Function and CFO of Group Treasury in Zurich before joining Trestle Group as a Managing Partner in 2013.

His role at Trestle is as the lead Managing Partner of the Risk Management and Compliance Practice. He has 20+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management and program and project management where he enjoys focusing his attention on large scale but practical risk and financial transformation initiatives.

His role at Implend is as the CFO and COO, helping to drive and shape the financial requirements and delivery for defining, analyzing, designing, implementing and deploying the Implend peer to peer platform. The vision of Implend is “To create a community where private capital and enterprise can come together to address some of the world’s biggest challenges, one investment at a time.”

S.M.Hossaini is a founding partner at Webmobinfo Iran, being a pioneer, an intellectual and a very successful entrepreneur from Iran. He brings forth his extensive experience of business establishment & execution in the Middle Eastern market. S.M.Hossaini is also a co-founder of the leading Market Research and Market Intelligence Company -‘ Quest Consulting ’ which has been operating for more than a decade in several key countries including Iran, K.S.A., South Korea , U.A.E. & Germany. He is also co-founder of Peris-Scope a leading Marketing & Legal consultancy firm in Middle East region.

Mina has started her career in marketing,overtime she has expanded her knowledge on Brand and Marketing Strategy Development.

In past 10 years, she has been involved in developing brands in “FMCG” and “E-Commerce”industries in Islamic Republic of Iran.

Being directly involved in all her projects, she has gained experience on both developing the strategies and implementing the execution plans. She has managed projects successfully with glowing results that are highly appreciated by both project holders and other benefactors involved.

Mina has always strived to and have been successful in constantly increasing business for her organization, winning back estranged clients, maintaining long-term agreements with clients, improving profitability and exceeding revenue targets. Due to these factors, Mina is a strategic Business Development consultant for Iran market.
