Requirements:
-Experience in Solidity is a must have skill, Rust (good to have)
-Development experience in Ethereum and Solana.
-Experience in EVM middleware tools such as Ethers.js, Web3JS, Viem, Foundry, etc. Expertise in one of them is a must have.
-Comfortable to work with frontend and backend technologies such as React and Node.
-Deep understanding and technical hands-on experience working on various protocols such as Uniswap V2 and V3, Aave, Wormhole, etc.
-Should be able to understand client's/product's requirements and work independently.
-Must have experience on decentralized exchanges and lending borrowing protocols.
-Good knowledge about trending developments in the blockchain ecosystem.
-Ability to lead a team.
