About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead who can drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across channels. If you're a data-driven storyteller with a strong grasp of digital, product, and content marketing—you might be the one.

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop quarterly/annual plans across channels—organic, paid, and partnerships.
- Identify key growth levers and run experiments to optimize ROI.

Brand & Content

- Shape the brand narrative across digital and offline touchpoints
- Oversee content planning: blogs, social media, email, and video.
- Manage external agencies or freelance content creators if required.

Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics; manage the marketing budget.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and audience segmentation.

Product & Lifecycle Marketing

- Work with product and sales teams to support launches, upsell/cross-sell, and retention.
- Build and manage email/CRM workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.

Community & Events

- Grow online/offline communities around the brand.
- Organize or participate in events, webinars, and industry roundtables.

Data & Reporting

- Track KPIs across funnels (traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, etc.)
- Generate insights and reports for leadership on campaign performance and pipeline impact.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in growth and brand building.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.

Go-to-Market Strategy

- Design and execute GTM strategies: outbound-led, inbound-led, community-led, content-led, and event-led.

- Use frameworks like AIDA, BANT, and MEDPICC to optimize sales pipelines.

Lead Funnel & Lead Nurturing

- Build and manage the full lead funnel—from cold outreach to warm nurturing.

- Set up lead scoring systems, lifecycle stages, and nurturing workflows.

- Personalize outreach to move leads across the funnel efficiently.

Outbound Sales

- Build multi-channel outbound engines.

-Experience in Solidity is a must have skill, Rust (good to have)
-Development experience in Ethereum and Solana.

-Comfortable to work with frontend and backend technologies such as React and Node.
